A look at the energy sector from the experience of women and men in Tabasco

The event was the first approximation to the current gender situation in the energy sector in the state of Tabasco; this exercise takes as a source the results of a survey circulated among professionals in the energy sector in that state. The survey explores in a general way gender parameters in terms of their position and situation, as well as inequalities gaps, opportunities and barriers of those who are working in the energy area.
